Prepaid credit card
Instead of a regular credit card, you can link a prepaid credit card to your PayPal account, but the amount that can be loaded is limited to a maximum of 100 euros for non-legitimate prepaid credit cards. Giropay
Without linking the bank details you can also use Giropay to load money to your PayPal account, provided your bank account supports Giropay.
