Subscription management and customer account operating instructions
You want to change the products or the number of products?
Go to My Subscription and Account. Then click on Manage my subscription. You can now see your current subscription
Enter the desired number to the right of the product images by clicking plus or minus. You can find all products on this page by scrolling down. If you add a product or change the quantity, your subscription will update automatically.
How do I get into my account?
You can sign up here . Enter your email address above. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password below. You will receive a new one by email.
Help, I can’t edit my subscription.
Then you are probably not logged in to your customer account. If you are not already registered, you can register here.
Can I choose a different delivery date in my subscription management.
Yes. You can use the here . On the one hand, you can set the next delivery date, for example, when you go on vacation.
You can also change the delivery interval, for example, if you would rather have your products every 4 weeks instead of every 5 weeks.
All our products last 4 weeks when taken correctly.
If you want to have different delivery intervals for your products, you have to create a second customer account with a different email and buy a separate subscription for these products.
KaCan I easily reorder an earlier order?
Yes.
Log in to the customer account. If you are not already registered, you can register here.
Click on Previous Orders on the left. If you would like to order multiple products, click Add to Cart for each order. Then click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. If you want to order only one product, click Buy Now.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes.
You will receive an email every time your order is shipped, there you will also find the possibility to track your shipment. And you can also track the shipments in your customer account under Fr Previous orders.
How do I receive the invoice for my order?
You will always receive the invoice by email as a PDF.
I do not have a customer account, but would like one.
You can create a customer account for each order. There you choose customer account. A customer account makes sense if you want to place an order. You can subscribe to the newsletter without ordering register here. For a subscription you always need a customer account.
I have forgotten my password for my customer account.
Here’s a new one for you. The password will be sent to you by email.
How can I change my billing or shipping address for my subscription?
Log in to the customer account. If you are not already registered, you can register here.
Go to My subscription and click on Change address.
Can I change my method of payment for the subscription?
Yes. You can switch from prepayment to PayPal. In return, you will even receive a discount on your first order after the switch.

Click on Change payment method. On the next page, click on the green button below to change your payment method to PayPal.
On the next page, click the left button if you do not have a PayPal account or do not want one.
Click the right button if you have a PayPal account.
With PayPal you receive your goods immediately and more uncomplicated than with prepayment. You do not pay any fees for this at PayPal. You also enjoy the PayPal buyer protection. More info here. With PayPal you can pay your subscription once conveniently with direct debit, credit card or PayPal itself and do not have to worry about the payment every time. A PayPal account you need for this is quickly created. PayPal will walk you through it. Payment will not be made until the day your subscription is due.
If you choose prepayment: On the due date you will receive an email with your order as an invoice attached, the amount to be transferred and our bank details. You transfer the amount. As soon as we have received this, the goods will be dispatched. A domestic bank transfer usually takes between 1 to 3 days.
How can I cancel my subscription?
